This proposal will execute the following:

- Set TVL cap to $1,000,000
- Add 63.75 ETH to the Omnipool as POL
- Add 50,000 DAI to the Omnipool as POL
- Set ETH weight cap to 50%
- Adjust DAI weight cap to 50%
- Adjust DOT weight cap to 80%
- Adjust HDX weight cap to 9%

- Rescind HRMP channel request to Statemint due to alternative process being available (see proposal [here](https://polkadot.subsquare.io/post/7))
- Rename ETH in asset registry from Ether to Ethereum (via Wormhole)

- The proposal suggests setting a limit of $1,000,000 for the total value locked (TVL).
- It also recommends adding 63.75 ETH and 50,000 DAI to the Omnipool as POL.
- The weight cap for ETH and DAI will be set at 50% each, while the weight cap for DOT will be 80% and for HDX will be 9%.
- The proposal suggests rescinding the HRMP channel request to Statemint and renaming ETH in the asset registry from Ether to Ethereum.
